the OST2 autoupdate GPF'ed after installation the license structure isn't amazingly crystal clear on the website but your support team is excellent!

I haven't yet purchased the program, but the chat support was very good. Regarding the software ost2: I don't understand why it requires Outlook to be installed in order to work, when it is supposed to be converting "standalone" ost files. And one more thing regarding the marketing of free version: I found out only when actually using the trial version, that it converts you maximum 5 objects per folder. According to descriptions on the website, it seems to be a fully capable tool for private use. This is misleading!
