  • Do you provide a discount for non-profit organizations? Yes, we do. Send us your NPO statement of exemption by fax and indicate the name of the actual purchaser and his/her e-mail address where we can send the Promo Code that will generate a 15% discount.
  • I've just purchased the program but still don’t have the Activation Code. We e-mail Activation Codes within 24 hours after the purchase. But on workdays we usually send Activation Codes within 1 hour. Please send us an e-mail or call us if you don't receive it within this period.
  • What is a PST file? Unless you are using a Microsoft Exchange Server e-mail account or an HTTP account, such as MSN® Hotmail®, all of your Outlook data is stored in a Personal Folders file (.pst). Even when you have a Microsoft Exchange Server or Hotmail account, you can back up data to a .pst file, which is stored locally on your computer rather than on the e-mail server. Each .pst file contains all your Outlook folders, including the Inbox, Calendar, and Contacts. You can have a single .pst file (usually called Personal Folders in your Folder List) but you can also have an additional .pst file that you use for archiving.
  • What version of OST2 should I use? OST2 comes in two versions – Free for personal use and Enterprise for corporate customers. To help you decide we put up a comparison chart that could be found here.
  • Is it possible to convert OST file that is not connected to Exchange Server? Yes, it is possible to convert OST file that is not connected to Exchange Server with OST2 Enterprise Edition.

  • Why some options are disabled? How could I enable them? Such options as scan of Microsoft Outlook connected OST files on your computer; connecting converted files to Outlook and scheduling the OST to PST conversion are available in the Enterprise Edition only. You can purchase Enterprise Edition here.
  • How can I back up Exchange using OST2? You can back up your Exchange account mailbox by converting the OST file (Exchange Offline Storage file) to a PST file. You can do it once and have a backup copy in the PST format, or set up scheduled conversion for automatic backup using Enterprise Edition.
